Our Mission Statement

The education system did a terrible job of teaching us financial literacy skills, the vast majority of us therefore lack the basic skills needed to effectively manage our own money. We have been programmed to be poor by the lack of proper financial education and social influences that encourage us to be pursue materialistic endeavours. Modern economies lead us into a ‘work-to-consume’ lifestyle, keeping us trapped in employment in order to fund our spending habits.

Growing financial instability, uncertainty in the economy, wealth divides, declining world currencies and ageing populations in many developed economies are set to have a profound impact on our lives. The developing retirement crisis caused by an ageing population which is ever more dependent on state benefits is putting a strain on government finances and pension providers, meaning we may not be able to afford to retire as comfortably in later life as previous generations. Therefore we need to consider making our own provisions for retirement and later life.
